Awakening Joy is a unique, ongoing yoga course devoted to optimizing well-being, purpose, power and passion in your life!

Do you make your day as joyful and significant as it can be? Is each day a celebration of your passion? The course is based on research involving nine principles and practices of extremely happy people:

  1. Intention - a daily commitment to joyful living
  2. Accountability - accepting full personal responsibility for actions, thoughts, behaviors and circumstances
  3. Identification - developing a full awareness of what makes you happy
  4. Centrality - insisting on happiness as a central theme of your life
  5. Recasting - choosing to turn problems into opportunities
  6. Options - being open and flexible to new possibilities
  7. Appreciation - being grateful for what life offers, reveling in the moment
  8. Giving - giving richly to yourself and others
  9. Truthfulness - speaking and living with integrity
